Room Reveal - Basement Family Room and Sports Bar

I am so excited to share with you our latest project: the Basement Family Room and Sports Bar! This Basement went through a huge transformation. We started with a completely unfinished basement and created a living space, pool table area, sports bar and craft room. We are thrilled with the outcome and can’t wait to show you all the details.

Our clients have a large family, so extra seating was a necessity. We added many extra pillows, floor cushions and poufs to add comfortable seating options.

Our clients chose the perfect tv stand for the room. It’s can hold a large tv, has doors to hide cords and boxes while also leaving space for beautifully styled shelves.

Our client wanted a comfy, red arm chair and this one hit the mark. It’s comfy without being oversized and fits the room perfectly. We added a small table and lamp so that she can read or do small crafts from her cozy chair.

As a former football coach, our client wanted to display his memorabilia. We created this area between the family room and pool table to transition the spaces. This console table worked perfectly to display many items and added another space to store one of the floor poufs.

We absolutely love how this custom bookshelf turned out. We wrapped the poles that were already in the basement and found a purposeful way to connect them into a beautiful half wall and shelf. The quartz countertop matches the counter on the sports bar.

Our clients love to watch superhero movies as a family so we made a fun and subtle nod to their hobby in the decor. The prints show blueprints of items found in some of their favorite movies. They also had the pool table re-felted and we chose a beautiful charcoal color to match the area rug perfectly.

The custom sports bar was the perfect addition to this sports fans’ home. We were able to showcase many pieces of sports memorabilia while creating a natural gathering space to watch the big game.

This custom shelving was created to display many of the smaller memorabilia pieces along with trophies. The small platform was created to cover up the sump pump. There is a small pull ring that makes it removable in case it would need to be accessed.

Our client wanted a way to display championship rings so we created this custom ring display to feature his collection.

The Craft Room is located next to the bar and was designed to create a work space and area for craft storage. We added the table, chairs and some of the wall decor while they already had the rest of the furniture. The wall art was painted by the client and other family members. This space allows them to create, store and display many future paintings and art projects.

Thank you so much for reading about our latest project!
